Returns Policy

Please read our returns policy on this page for more information should there be any reason or need to return your purchase to us.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This return policy is valid for purchases via our website - www.saferoptics.com. If you have purchased our products from a reseller / retailer, please contact the reseller regarding their return options.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@saferoptics.com or send a message to our Customer Support. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom made products (such as made-to-order prescription lenses or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
 

Please inform us the new item that you would like to exchange, subject to stock availability. Once we’ve received and inspected your return items, and if the return is accepted, we will process your exchange item as a separate order.


Shipping

You shall be responsible for the shipping cost of the return items. In certain cases such as Free Shipping offers, you may be subject to additional shipping fees for us to deliver the exchange item to you.

 
Refunds

In case of refunds, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
