We ship to Singapore via international express courier. Shipping charge to Singapore is RM28 (~SGD $8) flat rate.

Order Status / Tracking

You will receive an email notification when you have completed your order. The email contains a link to check your Order Status. Please contact us if you did not receive this email.

We are committed to produce and deliver the highest quality eyewear pieces to you and your loved ones. As each pair of SaferOptics glasses is made to order in our laboratory, processing time for orders is between 2-3 working days.

Once your order is shipped out, you will receive another email or SMS update together with a Tracking Number of the respective courier delivery service. You can track your order online.


Self Collect / Pick Up

Our laboratory is based in Georgetown, Penang (Open Google Maps). You can choose to self-collect your order by selecting the Pick Up option during Checkout. Kindly inform us when you will be visiting by contacting Customer Service.

Our office hours available for pick up are:

  • Monday - Friday: 9.30am to 6.00pm
  • Saturday: 9.30am to 1.00pm
  • Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed

Problems with Delivery - Undelivered / Lost / Stolen / Damaged parcel

In the unfortunate event that you encounter a problem with the delivery — such as parcel not delivered, lost, stolen or damaged parcel; please contact our customer support to assist you.

You are advised to purchase a Shipping Protection Insurance if your order contains high value items. The insurance coverage cost is 10% of the value of your order. This option is available at the Cart Page before the Checkout step. Please note that insurance claim is subject to approval upon investigation, which may take between 10-30 days.

If you did not purchase any insurance, we cannot be liable for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
